ADP has a 50+ year heritage which has provided us with an exceptional insight into how the buildings and spaces we design help communities function and thrive. Inspired by people, our success originates from shared endeavour and collaboration, which has resulted in long-standing client relationships and loyal staff. As an employee-owned organisation, every individual is highly motivated and committed to continuous improvement and learning from each other. We have a national reputation, but are distinct as we deliver our service from seven studios of equal size and status, distributed evenly across the country. Our virtual studio of over 130 staff gives us the capacity to handle a wide ranging and diverse project portfolio in the higher education, schools, healthcare and commercial sectors. This is combined with the flexibility to serve our clients from friendly, local studios in Birmingham, Edinburgh, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Oxford and Sherborne. Currently ranked in the top 25 of the Architects' Journal AJ100 Survey of UK practices, ADP is certified to both ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 and is an Investor in People (Gold) standard.
