Actuarial Students' Society At Macquarie University

The Actuarial Students’ Society at Macquarie University (“ASSOC”) is a society focused around providing exceptional career, academic and social services to actuarial students through the organisation of events. We actively aim to enhance the premium Actuarial degree program offered by Macquarie University by working closely with the Actuarial Department as well as organising 40+ events during the year. Our Society is run by over 60 student volunteers who help organise and run events as well as contribute ideas towards creating a better environment for actuarial students at Macquarie. Over the years, ASSOC has been one of the most successful student bodies at Macquarie known for its professional and organised approach to running the society. As such, we aim to continually develop the skills and further expose Macquarie students to the professional world by connecting our members with corporate actuarial minded firms.
