Acacia Network Housing

Acacia Network’s vision of healthy communities is deeply connected to quality housing. Our goal is to provide a safe and healthy environment for every individual combined with opportunities for ownership in a HEALTH NEIGHBORHOOD environment.Housing is met through a full continuum from transitional housing, supportive housing, and affordable housing. We are one of the largest providers of individual and family transitional housing for the New York City Department of Homeless Services. Our supportive housing covers individuals and families living with medical and/or behavioral health chronic conditions. Affordable housing is available for families of low or moderate income needing assistance with rental subsidies. All of our tenants are part of the larger Acacia Network family and linked to our fully integrated healthcare, social services and community investment programs.
