Abu Dhabi Business Hub is a premium business park located in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD-1), Mussafah. As well as ready-made real estate our clients also have the option of joining our built-to-suit scheme where we can build commercial space tailored to suit the company's specific operational needs. Established in August 2006 for the development, investment and management of premier business park real estate in the U.A.E., our first project was the development of office complexes and industrial warehouses in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD-1) in Mussafah. This project covered approximately 300,000 square metres on land leased from the Higher Corporation for Specialised Economic Zones (Zones Corp). Today we have over 36 tenants, ranging from Mubadala, Etihad Airways to Petrofac.
