Qibu Co., Ltd. was established in the year of 2004 , The company is a kids footwear & clothing manufacturer integrating sales, R&D and production with total building area 160,000m² 11 production lines, and 2,400 employees at moment. Our shoes annual production capacity is around 8 million pairs.
We take "ALL FOR KIDS" as our enterprise mission, To be the world leading kids footwear manufacturer is our vision. To pass on to every customer by our commitment to ABC KIDS brand concept "JUST FOR LOVE" and inspire children's creativity brand culture is our goal. We believe that "One small step for a care for children , A big step to change the world" , we work with some charity organizations to donate our love to the kids in some remote rural provinces in China every year.
Qibu Co.,Ltd has basically completed the Chinese domestic market layout , ABC KIDS exclusive store quantity is more than 2000 so far.
Our company adopts lean project on production, our cemented shoes production base is in Zhejiang province ,Meanwhile sporty shoes production base is in Fujian province, we take the advange of effective regional resources, formed a powerful production system, guaranteed the quality,ensured the punctual delivery, reduced costs and improved efficiency.
In recent years, with the continuous increase of labor cost in China, the price competition pressure we are facing is higher and higher. Therefore, we will take some innovative measures in regards to cost & labor reducing and efficiency improvement etc such as laser cutting, automatic cutting machine, automatic buffing, autotic gluing ,automatic packing, robot arm piling etc, which will greatly reduce labor intensity and mover.this mordern production line will be finished at the beginning of next year.
