Abbey Forged Products are one of the UK’s leading forgemaster in the Oil and Gas, Nuclear and Aerospace sectors. With over 35 years of experience in forging, Abbey are specialists in creating bespoke products using traditional methods and modern forging techniques. Manufacturing high integrity assured parts such as flanges, shafts, blinds, blocks and rings in various materials including Carbon, Stainless, Duplex, Super Duplex and Nickel Alloy our core grades being LF2, F65, F44, F51, F53, F55, 625 & 718 all from our central location in the UK. The company has a six-acre manufacturing facility based in Sheffield, on site capabilities include sawing, forging, heat treatment, machining and both destructive and non-destructive testing allowing us to offer competitive lead times from just five days, Abbey Forged Products give customers the advantage of an express service enabling them to react when it matters most, setting them apart from other forgemasters around the world. Over their 30 years’ experience within the industry Abbey Forged Products have worked closely with major end users and OEM’s, gaining approval from BP, Exxon & Statoil for the new NORSOK M650 qualification, covering Duplex, Super Duplex and 254SMo/F44. The company also hold ISO 9001, 14001, 17025, OHSAS: 18001 & UKAS accreditations. Most recently the company has been accredited with AS:9100 rev D approval for Aerospace manufacture and Fit4Nuclear, furthering its commitment to become the market leader in these sectors.
