Unlike many other cleaning businesses who use temporary workers or untrained staff, A & R has a stringent 10-step recruitment process. That makes recruiting the right people hard, but when you receive services from A & R Cleaning you know the staff sent to your premises are highly vetted and professional.The company has grown quickly from 2010, with over 40 members of staff and counting. In 2016 the directors aim to double its size by expanding the number of contracts it services while maintaining the same high standards.The company had its beginnings when Rayner Davies, the MD, set up an ironing business at 16. All she did to advertise it was put a hand-written sign in the window - and it grew by reputation. 2 years on she sold the original business and set up A & R Cleaning. Later joined by husband Ashley, they've expanded the business to over 200 staff now - and growing.
