The YCore fellowship is a long-term volunteer opportunity for young professionals who want to give back to their local communities. Starting your career is an exciting time as you begin to use your talents and passions to make a difference. Finding your way can be hard, especially if you don't have connections to like-minded people at your job. With the pandemic and climate change, the inequalities in the U.S and the world are growing rapidly. There are 28 million young professionals in the U.S that have the potential to make a difference in our country and beyond. YCore supports young professionals become effective partners for change, and they in turn support local community organizations (nonprofits) ultimately to promote a more equitable and just world.
