Working Chance

Working Chance is a trailblazing charity supporting women with convictions to find employment and volunteering opportunities, and ultimately to flourish and fulfil their potential. Since 2009, we have supported thousands of women with convictions into work and economic independence. Our aim is to educate more employers, change their hiring practices and help them create social value. We challenge stereotypes by showing that our candidates make successful and valued members of staff at some of the UK's biggest public and private sector companies. We lobby politicians and we shift attitudes among employers, the media and society. We operate in women's prisons and communities across London and the South-East.
