Worcester Communities expanded into the Kansas City area through a real estate connection in 2007 and began focusing on multifamily real estate. Worcester Communities specializes in full-service property management for multi-family properties, including leasing, management, accounting, collections, maintenance and rehabilitation of apartment communities. Worcester Communities currently owns and operates 3,200+ apartment units in the greater Kansas City area.
