Windmill Organics began life as a wholefood shop and restaurant on Fulham Rd. London. After 12 successful years, in 1980, Windmill Organics' founders Noel and Donata decided to bring their popular food products to a wider audience and created the Biona brand. The first Biona branded products were breakfast granolas baked in the restaurant kitchen and hand packed for sale. Over time the Biona Organic range has expanded and now includes a wide range of store cupboard essentials to take you from breakfast through to dinner. Windmill Organics is still a family owned business today and now includes four additional ethical organic food brands: Amisa (for organic, special dietary needs foods), Raw (for organic and raw products), Profusion (for functional organic foods), Biofair (for organic and fair trade products) and Bonsan (organic and absolutely vegan)! At Windmill Organics, all products are organic, ethical, GMO free, suitable for vegetarians (many are vegan), with no artificial additives.
