William N. Whelan, former chairman of Spaulding & Slye Colliers International, along with his son William M. Whelan, former Vice President of State Street in Boston MA, founded Whelan Associates, LLC in 2001. Together they bring over 64 years of experience of Real Estate knowledge and expertise. Whelan Associates has since grown to represent a larger team of executive and support professionals, all focused to provide superior service to our clients and partners.
