Our experience using outside agencies from a corporate perspective revealed glaring gaps in quality, speed and ethics. Waterford would perform quality recruitment work quickly and cost effectively. Since its inception Waterford Staffing Group Inc. was determined to become a leading source for top Candidates. Our efforts focused on building lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike and we are happy to continue this tradition. One question repeatedly asked is “what sets us apart?” Ten years of answers made us realize that we’re not a typical “staffing company”.
