Warren Equity Partners ("WEP") is a private equity firm that invests in lower middle market operating companies primarily in North America. WEP targets four key sectors: Industrial Products, Industrial Services, Building Services, and Business Services. WEP invests in established companies where additional capital and operating resources can accelerate growth, targeting companies that provide solutions to maintain, operate, and upgrade infrastructure and buildings. WEP invests in the form of buyouts, growth equity, and recapitalizations. We are value-added investors with a strong emphasis on rewarding partnerships with seasoned managers and operating executives. Importantly, we seek to generate return on investment through underlying growth and operating improvements in our portfolio companies, as opposed to financial engineering. We believe strongly that middle market companies are able to best achieve their growth potential with more conservative capital structures that do not employ aggressive leverage, giving our management teams freedom to operate and creating better alignment.
