Wintringham Housing Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wintringham, which is a specialised not-for-profit welfare company committed to providing older men and women exposed to homelessness with a range of high-quality services. Both companies are based in Victoria, Australia. Wintringham Housing is a Housing Association registered in Victoria, dedicated to providing affordable, social housing to older people who are financially disadvantaged. Our aim is to provide a 'Home Until Stump.' Once housed with us, we want people to feel they have a secure home for as long as they want. Using services provided by parent company Wintringham, we ensure any supports needed to ensure successful tenancies are in place.
