In India, our 10,000+ strong team provides high value-added operational service to Vodafone markets and our Enterprise customers from across the world. Our centres in Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, and Chennai deliver the breadth and depth of ITES services to over 20 Vodafone markets and over 3,000 Enterprise clients. Our Services The Technology centre is a 3,000 colleague strong team which delivers services to over 20 Vodafone markets on 100+ live services; services include Security Operations, Products & Services, Application Development, Enterprise Resource Planning, Testing, Infrastructure Management and Service Desk. Our Enterprise teams in Pune and Bangalore work with over 3000+ global clients providing standard, premium and managed services across Fixed Line, Mobility, and Unified Communications platforms. Our team of Finance experts are a trusted thought partner to the CEOs, CFOs, and the decision support layer of Vodafone’s markets offering services in Management Accounting, Cash Cycle, and Reporting Cycle. The Networks team of the Vodafone Core Network Operations plays a pivotal role in creating one International transmission network, one International IP/MPLS Network, and one Public IP Network. Business Intelligence & Analytics team works in Data Modelling, Universe Design, Analytics & Insights, Root Cause Analysis, Process Optimisation, and Report Development. Customer Services is our core service offering to the UK and Ireland Vodafone markets on Voice, Web chat and back office support. The HR Shared Services team provides centralised HR service to employees across Vodafone Group located in 23 countries.
