Van Der Hout LLP has specialized in the practice of immigration and nationality law since the firm was founded by Marc Van Der Hout in 1980. Collectively, our San Francisco immigration lawyers have nearly 100 years of experience. We are particularly known for taking on and winning difficult cases. Our principal attorney are the same even after the name change: Marc Van Der Hout, Zachary M. Nightingale and Stacey Gartland. They have all met the rigorous standards required to be certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. (As does Christine Brigagliano, who is of counsel).
