VM Engineering | Detailing | Technology is a consulting firm located in Soho, New York and it was founded in 2011 by Cristian Vimer, PhD, PE. VM ENGINEERING We provide structural engineering services to architects, developers, builders or manufacturers in the New York's tri-state area and beyond. We design structural systems for buildings and related structures of all types and sizes, for new facilities as well as for renovations, preservation or adaptive reuse of existing structures. We have extensive expertise in all types of new or existing buildings, including residential, commercial, hotels, healthcare institutions, cultural and institutional projects. We also offer other related services, such as: design of support or excavation and underpinning, forensic investigations, structural stability and concrete reinforcement special inspections. VM DETAILING We offer a full range of detailing services, for steel, precast and cast-in-place concrete structures. VM Detailing’s experienced staff, including engineers, detailers, and drafters familiar with US, and international codes and standards, have the flexibility to respond to the specific requirements of our customers.
