Our senior housing work, in particular, has made us experts at navigating complex codes and regulations. These skills benefit all our clients, leaving more time and budget for thoughtful, sensitive design. Our founding principal, Chad Lorentz, has ten years of experience in housing design, and established Urbal in 2010.
