Tyre Stewardship Australia

This is the official LinkedIn page of Tyre Stewardship Australia (TSA), the not-for-profit company established to deliver the National Tyre Product Stewardship Scheme on behalf of the industry working closely with Federal, State and Local Governments. TSA has over 1,500 participants and is funded entirely by the industry via a levy on tyre imports to Australia. End-of-life tyres are a valuable commodity, however ineffective regulation and poor industry practices in the past have led to wide incidence of dumping and illegitimate stockpiling. TSA works across the tyre supply chain, from manufacturers through to fleet providers all the way to the tyre collection and recycling sectors, to ensure waste tyres are managed appropriately and to support the development of viable end markets for tyre-derived products such as rubber granule, chip and crumb.
