Twilight Aged Care

Twilight Aged Care has now been delivering aged care to the people of Sydney since 1915. Today we are committed to providing aged care, dementia care, ageing in place, palliative care and respite care, with a vision to be a preferred provider of quality care services in our community. In early 2015 Twilight Aged Care celebrated its centenary, recognising the significant commitment made to ageing women (and now men) in the north of Sydney since 1915. In August 2015, with the appointment of a new CEO, the organisation has continued to evolve and adapt to ensure that Twilight Aged Care remains relevant in a changing aged care landscape. In early 2016 Twilight Aged Care developed it Strategic Plan which provides a roadmap for the next three years. The strategy focuses on four key result areas: 1. Focus on our finance imperatives and strengthening our organisation 2. Enhance our facilities 3. Develop our people and our service model 4. Broaden our impact In order to be a preferred provider Twilight Aged Care is committed to Develop Our People & Our Service Model. As an employer we continually invest in the development of our people: the board, management, staff and volunteers in an environment of support and accountability ensuring the right structures with the right people delivering our unique service model. In July 2016 Twilight Aged Care undertook a Staff Culture Survey, administered by Best Practice Australia. The overall summary indicating that 75% of our staff think that Twilight Aged Care is a Truly great place to work. Overall Twilight Aged Care is operating in a culture of success with 68.1% of our staff are engaged, optimistic and positive about our future.
