Our Founder, Katherine, was working in an IT recruitment firm in DFW when the idea for Titan came to her. She was frustrated by the standard fees and cookie-cutter mentality when it came to the candidates and clients, so she struck out on her own and created Titan in 2014. Since then, we have experienced great success in the start-up and growth-stage market! With our focus on True Diversity Hiring and DE&I, we put ethics and integrity at the forefront, and teach client companies how to best brand for, search, and retain top-end truly diverse talent that will take their business to the next level and beyond!
