The Warehouse Project has been a revolutionary event for Manchester since it launched in 2006. Based on a nomadic concept it was born and raised for the first year in the old Boddington Brewery on the outskirts of the Manchester city centre. For twelve weeks, it was transformed from an abandoned relic of Manchester’s industrial past into the backdrop for the three month run of parties that became WHP06. For a further five years, it rooted itself beneath the concrete streets in the belly of Piccadilly's Store Street, before moving onto the next incarnation of Manchester's Warehouse Project, the cavernous Victoria Warehouse. It has now returned to its spiritual home of Store Street. The next move is yet to be revealed, but the heart of the brand will always move with it.
In addition to the Manchester event series, the promoters behind WHP are responsible for number of major festivals and clubs across Europe including Parklife Festival, Hideout Festival, Lost & Found Festival, Blue Dot Festival, Kendal Calling & more.
