Helping public schools grow their pipeline of great leaders so that teachers thrive and students excel on every campus. | The Holdsworth Center is a premier leadership institute based in Austin, Texas with the goal of supporting and developing public school leaders in order to improve, over time, the quality of education offered to every child in every classroom in Texas. We are developing a leadership culture within school districts that will build the foundation for greater student success. Our goal is to work with partner districts over a sustained period of time in order to create systemic change and structures around the identification, training, development and support of future leaders.
