Welcome to The Fitness Loft! We are a locally-owned business to south Columbus. The Fitness Loft takes a holistic approach to health and wellness by focusing on the mind, body, and community. We have state-of-the-art equipment from Technogym that will prescribe individualized workouts, as well as track strength and cardio progress. Arguably just as important as exercise, nutritional education and support are centerpieces of our philosophy. With the inclusion of our large group classrooms, top-of-the-line equipment, on-site Registered Dietitian & Personal Trainers, community- driven staff, and much more, The Fitness Loft is dedicated to giving our members every tool they need to be successful in leading a healthy lifestyle.
