The goals of ESP are specific and originate from the founders combined depth of experience in the training and education industry as well as in the selected market sectors of Hospitality, Food and Beverage Service, Retail, Travel and Leisure. ESP harnesses the opportunity to build an enterprise based on certain principles which supports growth without compromising on quality. Importantly the ESP development plan retains the over-arching goal and priority of matching learners to real jobs.

As an operator, when anyone mentions the words 'Traineeship' or 'Apprenticeship' the shutters come down. For too long these programmes have been unwieldy and time consuming to manage and haven't seen great results for all the effort involved. The courses taught are often dated and bear little relevance to the realities of employment.
