TRex Bio is a stealth mode, discovery-stage biotechnology company focused on making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients suffering from fatal or debilitating illnesses including cancer, fibrotic, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Our translationally driven discovery engine has generated a deep understanding of human immunobiology in healthy and diseased tissues. Through a comprehensive interrogation of human tissue-resident immune cells, we have begun to elucidate the molecular pathways utilized by these cells, with a focus on regulatory T cells (Tregs). Functional manipulation of Tregs in a tissue-specific and disease-specific fashion will result in transformative therapies to treat multiple diseases. We have raised a substantial Series A to date.
