- We are a global organisation committed to providing engaging tools, initiatives and events for educators and schools which help to improve the quality of education. - We believe in the strength of community and the network effects that come from bringing educators and schools together. - We want to shine a spotlight on the great work we see happening in classrooms all over the world. - We support educators and schools as agents of change. Our ultimate goal of ensuring every child across the world achieves their full potential remains at the forefront of everything we do. We know that no education system can outperform the quality of its educators and that why we believe that an investment in teachers is an investment in building resilience and is fundamental to ensure that students are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values to lead productive and healthy lives. This juncture in time is a critical inflection point, one that has not been seen for generations, and from which we have the potential to make systemic educational change a reality rather than simply a continuation of the status quo. What the pandemic has highlighted is the focus and investment that we need to pour into ensuring the teaching workforce is healthy and able to orient itself for the future demands placed on it. As a result of the success and momentum that’s been created by the work of T4 and other critical stakeholders, we building a ‘power-shifting’ global movement of educators and school leaders who will: - Learn - through the creation of digital public goods that are for them - Have greater agency - as a result of the tools we provide to them. - Engage - through our community building efforts - Celebrate success - raise awareness of the critical role educators and schools perform. - Improve equity - allow educators from different contexts to exchange and apply innovations and ideas.
