When Spinnaker started out in 1997, we launched the first ever recruitment agency specialising in shore-based shipping vacancies. We bridged a gap between clients and candidates; finding the best talent for our clients, in turn furthering the careers of our candidates. Since then, our business has grown to see success in over 60 countries and we have diversified into new areas that complement our existing business. We employ around 40 people trained in shipping, energy and freight forwarding and logistics, making their knowledge and passion for recruitment second to none.
