Speech Pathology Australia

Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) is the national peak body for the speech pathology profession in Australia. We strive for excellence and recognition for the profession and represent the interests of members and their clients with communication and swallowing difficulties. SPA represents over 7,000 members, Australia wide and advocates for all Australians living with a communication or swallowing difficulty. SPA members are speech pathologists who work in hospitals, rehabilitation centres, schools and education centres, community health centres, aged care facilities, private practice, and agencies for those with specific disabilities.
