South West London Law Centres

We help local people access justice, by providing specialist legal advice on debt, housing, employment, welfare benefits and immigration. We're an independent registered charity providing specialised legal advice and assistance covering Wandsworth, Merton, Croydon, Kingston-upon-Thames, Richmond-upon-Thames and Sutton in South West London. We undertake legal casework and representation in the social welfare law fields of debt, employment, immigration, housing and welfare rights. We run weekly pro bono clinics for initial advice and assistance. We provide emergency assistance and representation through a duty solicitor scheme for housing possession cases at Croydon, Wandsworth and Kingston County Courts. Our casework file management meets the Law Society's Lexcel Level 6. We primarily work under Legal Aid contracts issued by the Legal Aid Agency and we operate on a not-for-profit basis.
