ShortsTV is the global home of short entertainment. We have the world's first and only 24/7 HD TV channel dedicated to short film and the world’s largest catalogue of shorts. Available in over 100 million households around the world, the channel brings audiences professionally produced live action, animation and documentary short movies, including hours of award winning and star-studded films. ShortsTV also produces original programming on the global short film scene, keeping audiences up to date with the latest events and putting the spotlight on emerging and established talent. In 2018, we launched the world's first scripted content app to use a similar machine learning algorithm to Spotify, giving audiences the power to create their own movie channels based on their favourite genres and their mood. Online, we offer hundreds of the world’s best independent shorts for download from stores in over 90 countries, including iTunes, Google Play and Amazon Instant Video. Since 2006, ShortsTV has also produced the annual Oscar Nominated Short Films theatrical release, bringing the world’s most highly awarded short movies to the big screen. Shorts Factory, the production division of ShortsTV, produces original short film content for broadcasters and brands. Previous work includes productions for Sony Playstation, Nike and Virgin Atlantic. ShortsTV is operated by Shorts International Ltd, which is headquartered in London, England and is represented in the United States by Shorts Entertainment Networks, a wholly owned subsidiary located in Los Angeles. The company is majority owned by Shorts Entertainment Holdings with AMC Networks a significant minority shareholder.
