We do this by helping startup contractors and employees liquidate some (or all) of their stock options or equity in order to increase their cash compensation. We have created an app to connect startups offering equity compensation with emerging talent that aligns with their beliefs and visions. These ambitious individuals are then able to work on exciting and meaningful projects instead of being just another brick in the wall, all while having a stake in the company! This is a win-win relationship: talent is happy that they can pay off student loans, own part of the company they work for, and apply relevant skills; while startups are happy they can hire more of the most motivated people without exhausting all of their funding.
