It automates screening and reference checking, ranks and rates candidates so that you spend less time to get to the top. It also offers a database and advertising platform for sourcing teachers and staff.  Managing relief staff: An app that fills quick relief and short term job vacancies without the need to SMS and call. It has a built in AI that is designed to think like the coordinator to make sure that the best person fills the role.  Leadership Development: We offer accredited and non accredited training for new and existing leadership teams. We also offer follow up one on one support in a coaching methodology.  Improving School Outcomes: We offer a range of consulting and training solutions that are customized for schools. We bring the best and work with the school to bring out the very best outcome possible. Schrole Group incorporates a large group of individual brands and businesses including: Schrole Connect, Schrole Cover, ETAS Group, International Principals Association, Schrole Care, and Schrole Develop. We have several joint partnerships including: SCI Benefits, Kung-Fu Maths, and SEQTA. We are passionate about streamlining schools and administration processes. We are focused taking busy work away from teachers to allow them to get back into classrooms.
