Schadek Automotive

Schadek Ltda, founded in 1965, is a genuinely Brazilian company which began its activities by producing automotive made-to-order parts, die cast in aluminum, magnesium and zamak alloys, developed and manufactured through drawings or samples supplied by the customers. With the growth of the Brazilian automotive industry and the increase in the demand for spare parts in the home market Schadek began in 1968 the manufacturing of engine oil pumps to become in a short period of time the fastest growing company in its industry and one of the largest manufacturers of oil pumps in Brazil. By developing its own know-how Metalúrgica Schadek began in 1972 the manufacturing of cylinders for small two or four stroke engines used in motorcycles, chain saws, mowing machines, sprayers, etc. These cylinders manufactured in aluminum alloys, under low or high pressure or by gravity, with electrodeposition of hard chrome directly applied upon the aluminum and using the same technology of aviation cylinders, made Schadek a pioneer in this manufacturing process. The ever-increasing demand for its products in the Brazilian marketplace as well as abroad, forced Metalúrgica Schadek to constant expansions of its facilities. In 1982 a new and modern plant was inaugurated in Porto Feliz, a small city near São Paulo, where all its current range of products: oil pumps, water pumps , repair kits and automotive accessories. The rigorous quality control in all the manufacturing phases ensures a product with the highest standard of quality, which meets the most demanding specifications of performance and durability. Schadek presently exports for several countries and the ever-growing acceptance of its products is a proof of the high degree of respect and confidence enjoyed by it's brand.
