OUR "EVP"/EMPLOYER VALUE PROPOSITION SEC’s Employer Value Proposition is - Great company Great leaders Great job Balanced compensation A little over a year ago SEC retained a worldwide global consulting firm to develop its Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in support of its Talent Attraction Strategy effort under the Accelerated Strategic Transformation Program (“ASTP”). Accordingly, our consultants conducted internal focus groups with SEC Employees to develop our EVP. They focused their EVP analysis on 4 factors listed above. We are initiating projects and activities in 2017 to highlight this exciting "EVP". Who We Seek We seek the most talented individuals who are career driven and see the long term benefits of working at SEC. University Students SEC has always been recognized by University Students as an excellent Company to begin their careers. SEC has been recognized by recent graduates as a company they would like to work for. Specifically, Universum Global recently advised us that they found that over 25 graduates (*80% with engineering degrees and the remaining in the field of Business) had nominated (in 2016) SEC as a Company they would like to work for.
