Sarpy County is home to the Cities of Bellevue, Gretna, La Vista, Papillion, Springfield, and Offutt Air Force Base. Sarpy County has a population of over 150,000 and is located in the eastern part of the state, just south of the City of Omaha. The Courthouse campus is located on the northeast corner of Hwy 370 & 84th Street in Papillion. The campus consists of the Courthouse, Hall of Justice, Jail, East Annex, and the Southeast Annex. Courthouse Hours.
