The Lyle School of Engineering at SMU in Dallas, Texas, is changing the way people think about engineers. Through innovation and hands-on experiences, we are attracting a diverse mix of talented individuals from across the nation and around the globe who are interested in making a difference in the world through engineering. For the last 11 years we have had two times the national average of female engineering students, and that number continues to grow through our gender parity initiatives. Our faculty is recognized internationally for their remarkable contributions to engineering and society across our five academic departments.
