SIPS - Simone IP Services is an intellectual property consultancy and trademark agency established by senior IP professionals with deep expertise in Greater China and Asia region IP matters. Our main areas of focus are trademark portfolio management, strategic support and coordination of enforcement programs (including anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy), trade secret investigations, technology and other IP licensing and commercial transactions, IP support for commercial and corporate transactions, and "crisis management"​. We are also active in government affairs projects relating to IP in China. We are established as a consulting firm and trademark agency, rather than a law firm. We work with a network of law firms, trademark agencies and investigation firms in China and globally to ensure the right expertise is procured for individual matters and at an appropriate cost. We offer IP training and can help in supplementing in-house IP management capabilities of our clients through retainer and other outsourcing arrangements.
