The Club, formed in 1877, was granted Royal Status in 1906 and a Royal title means exceptional standards and expectations. Royal Dornoch Championship Course is ranked No.6 in the world and No.1 in Scotland by Golf Digest 2014 and our second course Royal Dornoch Struie is ranked No.50 in the best links courses of UK & Ireland by Golf Digest 2011 .
