Thriving as the number one sporting online training tool, the innovative Rookie Me product(s) are helping athletes to determine and manage their athletic ability. It also allows coaches, clubs and/or recruiters to identify potential rising stars, within specific sporting codes. Rookie Me is the Official Talent ID Partner of the AFL. Our company has conducted combine performance testing events; and assisted in the identification of talent for sporting bodies, such as: the AFL (individual clubs), AFL Women’s league (nationwide), VFL Women’s teams, AFL Multicultural, AFL’s Next Generation Academies, TAC Cup teams (throughout Victoria) and at the Rookie Me AFL Combine. Rookie Me has also had the pleasure of conducting combine performance testing events for the NBA/FIBA (Basketball Without Borders); and many schools and local sporting teams nationwide, focusing on the following sporting codes: Australian rules football, rugby league, rugby union, basketball, netball, gridiron football, soccer (association football); and tennis. The RM Academy programs runs on the school-holidays (January - September), ensuring the program does not interfere with school or alternative sporting/football commitments. Athletes have access to our coaches 24/7 via the RM online system, for the duration of the program (nine months). The RM Academy Junior, Pro and Elite programs focus on the core elements of on and off-field development. The RM team concentrate on the development of the whole person, by nurturing factors impacting young athletes – from education, social pressures, leadership, values, on-field performance, community, responsibility, nutrition, hydration, recovery, fitness, rehabilitation, public speaking, goal setting and high performance. These elements impact the importance of decision-making and life choices. RM assists athletes from various sporting codes assisting them by identifying their ability, recognition and providing an understanding of the sporting landscape.
