Riliance

Riliance is a unique web based risk & compliance system for the legal market. This COLP/COFA management system will ensure that all firms that have to comply with the new and existing SRA/OFR regulations have a system in place that instils a robust risk & compliance culture to the firms day to day operations. The new COLP role will greatly reduce the amount of time available for fee generation hence the need for the Riliance management system, it will also provide valuable advice to the COLP/COFA on how each situation should be handled to ensure no breaches to the SRA code occur. In summary Riliance is a centralised, practice wide, standalone, web based management software that will greatly reduce the time needed to manage the firms data reducing the risk of breaching the SRA code of conduct and potentially exposing the firm to financial penalties and increased professional Indemnity premiums.
