Rewards Training Scotland

Rewards Training has been offering their people development services to customers since 1989 with offices in Scotland and England. Our Scottish offices are located in Glasgow and Edinburgh and we pride ourselves in being a dynamic and forward thinking company. Through our working relationships with many of the local area's major employers, hundreds of small and medium size companies we aim to provide the best training opportunities for apprentices and experienced staff. Our recruitment consultants work with a wide range of organisations to source them office apprentices from the local school/college leaver market. We also work with young people to find them jobs and help prepare them for the interview process. We have found jobs for around 4,000 young people with an achievement rate of 91% (against the national average of 65%). Rewards mainly specialises in offering a range of funded apprenticeships for 16-19 year olds that help individuals increase and improve their vocational skills in the business area. In addition, our apprenticeships enable the opportunity for young people to achieve vocational qualifications alongside their job. In helping businesses improve, we provide management, vocational and short course training programmes. Our one-day courses include Telephone Skills, Train the Trainer and Project Management to name a few. We also deliver Institute of Leadership and Management Awards from Level, 3, 4 and 5 in Leadership and Management and Level 3 Coaching. Rewards is also an Engineering and Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) approved centre.
