Retail Support is a nordic group with own branches in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland, specializing in merchandising, sales, rebuild and demonstrations tasks in the retail sector with focus on DIY and non-food. Retail is an exciting industry, where many things need to be considered and every day brings new tasks to the table. To keep the customer as a priority, it's important to ensure that all aspects towards the customer are at their best. Good shopping experience and purchase joy is a good feeling. Our job is to assist the retailer and supplier in fulfilling the customer's demands by taking care of merchandising related aspects such as product refills and related maintenance, leaving the salespeople's focus on sales and service straight to the customer. Sometimes, it's not enough to be on the sidelines, which is why we offer ourselves to assist in the front-lines in sales demonstrations and events, or assisting in sales campaigns and related activities. Occasionally, there's time to update the assortment, for example when seasons are changing or a new product line gets established. In daily talk we name these tasks rebuild, where the old assortment is exchanged for new one, or the section is updated. Retail Support is a strong ally in such activities.
