RentSpree provides real estate agents and landlords a tool to instantly collect and request online rental applications for free. Our platform features a universal application and tenant pre-screening. In this way, tenants will be able to travel through the entirety of the rental process (searching, screening, & applying) without ever leaving our website. Property representatives will gain convenient access to a pool of pre-screened tenants, filtering out those who do not match their criteria.
