Regional Court Services

Regional Court Services provides contracted services related to the execution of criminal and civil court procedures and processes in the Province of Ontario. Legal document services include summons, writs, subpoenas, claims, complaints and other legal documents related to criminal, civil and family matters before the court. All documents are handled in strict accordance with legislation in the area of service. This may mean handing the documents to the defendant personally or sub-serving to someone in the same household/business. Once the documents are delivered, we provide court notarized proof that the papers were served (e.g., Affidavit of Service or Proof of Service) to the requesting party.
