A global community of coaches, consultants and facilitators - working and learning together to support organisations leading and managing in uncertainty. Founded in the UK, RISE consultants are now in more than 7 locations around the world (primarily Europe). As a community of learning and practice, we deeply value curiosity about what is going on in the world and in particular, the fields in which we’re working. Our consultants have a diversity of knowledge and expertise while we acknowledge that no single theory, model, or tool is likely to provide "the answer." When we partner with a client, we work together to make sense of different ways of understanding leadership, management and organisational complexity. Our work focusses on increasing the quality of conversation, supporting the capacity to learn from experience and enabling agility and adaptability across the leadership and management of organisations.
