QSNTS 2013-16 STRATEGIC INTENT From 2013-16 our focus is to improve engagement with our clients, constituents and stakeholders. We will increase the rate of resolution of claims, effectively manage disputes, and promote cohesive relationships between clients. We will continue to respond to an evolving native title environment by: 1. Providing high quality professional services to secure native title or alternative settlement outcomes for Traditional Owners. 2. Establishing, developing and maintaining a leading dispute resolution capability. 3. Strengthening organisational capability and reputation. 4. Developing and maintaining a support capability to enable Prescribed Bodies Corporate (PBCs) to manage and maximise native title outcomes. 5. Advocating to reform and improve the native title system, through influencing policy, legislation and administrative processes. .
