Pro Bono Australia is a company driven by the desire to make a useful contribution toward social change and social connection. We are one of Australia’s first social businesses. We publish Australia’s most authoritative News Service for the community sector, with our journalists providing extensive coverage focusing on issues which impact the community sector. The Australian Directory of Not for Profit Organisations, which we have published since 1990, helps Not for Profit organisations with fundraising and promotional support. 56,000 Directories are distributed free of charge across Australia, and published online as our “Guide to Giving”. Through our website, organisations can promote themselves, advertise for employees or skilled volunteers, as well as find events and specialist community sector suppliers. We encourage discussion on issues, and keep people informed through our regular email bulletins.
