PBI is proud to be recognized as one of the Southeast’s Largest Plumbing Contractors serving the greater Charlotte and surrounding eight counties within North and South Carolina. PBI aims to install quality plumbing systems for all customers. Custom Job Application – PBI has developed its own job management software which maintains schedules, identifies areas of needed improvement per job/builder/community/manufacturer, provides detailed reporting for all business aspects and allows us to reference specific job details at the touch of a button. Quality Team – this appointed team devotes its focus on continuous improvement of quality standards, quality issue identification, employee education, and self-auditing of the entire PBI quality program.
